Come and immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of Lizzie’s Quartz Crystal singing bowls in her healing Sound Bath. Beginning with a guided meditation, letting the sound of the singing bowls send you into a deeply meditative, and relaxed state. Lizzie will then bring you back to the present moment with yoga Nidra and leave you feeling calm, balanced, and ready to float home for a peaceful night’s sleep. Limited number of spaces available, payment in advance.
