Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa has announced Everyl Madell, our Conference & Events Assistant, as Employee of the Year 2023. This recognises Everyl’s consistent hard work, focus and total dedication to the guest experience. Everyl is a valued member of the team, and we would like to recognise her unwavering passion and drive to deliver an exceptional service. Her experience and commitment to the hospitality industry is second to none.
To say thank you for her outstanding contribution, Everyl has been awarded a luxury weekend away in a Pride of Britain Hotel of her choice.
An exceptional employee is chosen every month following nominations from Heads of Departments and the wider team. At the end of the year, the hotel’s senior management team reviews all twelve winners and votes for the most commendable Employee of the Year, as well as two runners up. This year’s runner up prizes went to Thomas Wilson from our Housekeeping team and Tony Welsh from our Maintenance team in recognition of their hard work.
