Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa has announced Andy Whyte, Nights and Duty Manager, as Employee of the Year 2022. This prestigious accolade recognises Andy’s consistent hard work and the 5 star service which he provides guests.
Andy has been a valued member of the Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa team for 13 years now and is highly regarded by both guests and his fellow colleagues. To say thank you for his outstanding contribution Andy has been awarded a luxury weekend away in Pride of Britain Hotel of his choice.
An exceptional employee is chosen every month following nominations from Heads of Departments and the wider team at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa. At the end of the year, the hotel’s senior management team reviews all twelve winners and votes for the most commendable Employee of the Year, as well as two runners up. This year’s runner up prizes went Sonja Egan, Housekeeping Supervisor and Eleanor Sturgeon from Reception in recognition of their hard work.
