What better excuse than ‘International Bread Week’ for the chefs in our kitchens, to sprinkle the boards with flour and create some spectacular breads for you to enjoy. With over 200 different varieties to choose from in the world, Head Chef Lee Cooper and his brigade are taking you on a culinary journey each day with breads freshly baked to enjoy during dinner serve. Kicking off the week is a beautiful Sourdough which dates back to Ancient Egypt, this bread will be baked by chef Jamie Moxon. Finishing the week is Manuela Magoni, who will be creating a stunning Italian Focaccia on Sunday.
These freshly prepared breads will be made with real flour and are additive and preservative free, please see the menu of daily breads prepared each day.
