Each month at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa, our management team nominate an employee which has worked exceptionally hard and gone above and beyond to exceed our guest’s expectations.
Our Employee of the month for December is Josh Keyton, who is part of our kitchen team!
Josh has been on a real journey, he’s been employed five months now and is one of our junior team members. He started working on the bar and larder and got to grips with this quite quickly. Josh was quickly promoted to garnish and has taken on the challenge excellently. He has improved his basic skills and has learnt new knife skills.
His energy and enthusiasm are infectious, he constantly tries and takes feedback well, learning from it and putting into practice.
