Come and enjoy our delicious Smokehouse menu this July! “Smokehouse” the essence of summer, the wonderful aroma of smouldering coals. The act of smoking food to either cure, cook or simply add the deep background flavour, Smoking adds an extra dimension to the plate, so versatile as we have demonstrated in our menu to bring you some unique flavour combinations.
