Each month at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa, our management team nominate an employee which has worked exceptionally hard and gone above and beyond to exceed our guests expectations.
Our Employee of the month for May was Martin who is our Front of House Concierge.
Martin is very popular with our guests because of his polite and friendly manner and also his attention to detail when it comes to giving Four Red Star Service. Martin will often get mentions within customer reviews as being a very memorable member of staff who always makes an extra special effort.
