Fitness Brunch

If you love spending your mornings working out and then brunching in style, we have the perfect way to kickstart your weekend. Our fitness brunch pairs two dynamic workouts with a nutritious post-workout brunch, so you can tick off both Saturday morning rituals before midday.

Get started with a dynamic HIIT workout combining cardio and strength-based static and dynamic movements designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and burn calories. A delicious Bedford Lodge Protein Bar is provided between sessions, giving you a boost of energy and restoring your glycogen storage. Then you will be guided through a calming 45 minute Yoga session that focuses on strength, balance, releasing any tight muscles giving you an overall sense of well-being, connecting body and mind.

After your morning workouts, indulge in a well-earned nutritious brunch crafted to nourish and refuel your body. Choose from high-protein, low-fat options while enjoying the serene ambiance of our beautiful terrace, with tea, coffee and smoothies all included. To view the fitness brunch menu click here.

Our first fitness brunch is Saturday 3rd August with two further sessions to follow.

What’s Included:

  • Arrive      –    9 am
  • 9:15 am   –    45 Minute HIIT Boot Camp Session
  • 10.00am –   15 minute break with a mid work out snack – Bedford Lodge Protein Bar
  • 10:15am  –   45 Minute Dynamic Yoga Class
  • 11.00am  –   Post-workout Brunch with Tea, Coffee and Smoothies

£45 per person.

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking to secure your place. A 7 day cancellation option is available.
