Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa Launches Floating Sound Bath Sessions for the Ultimate Mind and Body Reset

This autumn, Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa is encouraging wellness seekers to swap their usual facial for something altogether more immersive: a floating sound bath. The new experience, created with The Create Space Collective, includes a 45-minute floating sound bath, ESPA Masterclass and grazing platter.

Using instruments including singing bowls to create layers of resonant sound and vibration, sound baths are designed to encourage intense relaxation and stillness. The popular therapy also helps to support psychological wellbeing and reduce symptoms associated with stress and anxiety. The healing sounds combined with water flotation creates a deeper relaxation to enhance the overall experience.
