A New Generation of Culinary Talent: Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa appoints Jordan Ryan as Executive Head Chef

Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa has appointed Jordan Ryan as Executive Head Chef, marking an exciting new chapter for the award-winning two AA rosette Squires Restaurant.  

Born and raised in Suffolk, Chef Ryan joins the team after eight successful years with The Chestnut Group where he worked his way up to Multi-Site Head Chef. Working for the renowned gastropub brand nurtured Jordan's passion for seasonal cooking and the importance of local produce.  

Ambitious and creative, Jordan will bring a new energy to dining at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa.
