Launching within The Health & Fitness Club, this scientifically supported training method offers a fast, safe, and highly effective way to improve strength, core stability and overall vitality – the equivalent of 4 hours of traditional resistance training in just 20 minutes.

For those interested in experiencing the treatment, 20-minute taster sessions will be available for £25.00, guests can also book in for 10 private sessions for £600 (usual price: £700), conducted one-to-one with a trained member of the team in a private room.
