As we begin week 6 of the UK lockdown, we wanted to let you know what has been happening at Bedford Lodge Hotel. Although the grounds are missing the buzz of our usual customers, we have welcomed the glorious weather and with it brings a flurry wonderful wildlife from birds, hedgehogs and squirrels our gardens have become a haven for nature. Our Head Gardener, Jim has been busy, and the gardens are flourishing, and the tulips and daffodils have all bloomed. We are eagerly awaiting our wisteria to bloom at The Spa as last year it was beautiful.
We have a small team here holding the fort who have been using this time to get creative…Our Head Chef, has been designing new menus and creating delicious new recipes that we cannot wait for you to try. Our Painter has given the hotel a fresh lick of paint and our Head Housekeeper is making sure the bedrooms are ready for your much anticipated return! Our Leisure Manager is also working on a new timetable which we are excited to put into action once the gym reopens. Our Chief Executive is working hard to make sure everything is spic and span for once we can welcome our loyal guests back.
