Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa has announced Victoria Honeywill, as Employee of the Year 2019. The prestigious accolade recognises Victoria’s consistent hard work and 5 star service which she provides guests. To help Victoria celebrate, Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa has awarded her a two night European city break to a destination of her choice.
Victoria will be able to select her dream destination and accommodation, which will then be booked and organised by Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa, to say thank you for her outstanding contribution to the Hotel.
An exceptional employee is chosen every month following nominations from Heads of Departments and Managers at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa. At the end of the year, the Hotel’s senior management team reviews all twelve winners and votes for the most commendable Employee of the Year, as well as two runners up. This year’s runner up prizes went Keeley Schoberl (spa) and Linda Muller (housekeeping) in recognition of their hard work.
