Irish Week

This October we are bringing a little bit of Ireland to our 2AA rosette Squires restaurant.

From lamb in spring to fish in summer, stews and soups in winter and, of course, potatoes at almost any time of the year, Irish food involves simple, hearty, family cooking that follows the seasons. This menu has been carefully created by our Executive Head Chef and winner of Cambridgeshire’s Chef of The Year, Sean Melville. Sean has included a selection of some of Ireland’s most popular dishes including a hearty Irish Stew, Pan Fried Potato Champ and of course Guinness Chocolate Mousse.
