To celebrate British Food Fortnight, we are hosting a British Food Celebration of our own which runs from the 8th-10th September and is available in our fabulous 2AA Rosette Squires restaurant.
At Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa we love using great local British produce to create delicious dishes and flavours for our customers.
Our Executive Head Chef Sean Melville has created an delicious menu using the finest British ingredients. When creating the menu he said “The British menu has been created looking at classic British dishes and ingredients, such as Salted Baked Norfolk Beetroot & Suffolk Goats Cheese, Roast Suffolk Pork Loin & Apple Compote and of course traditional Bread & Butter Pudding served with whiskey soaked raisins, brown sugar glaze, rich double cream custard. We have also used high quality, award winning Artisan cheese producers and our pastry chef’s have put their own unique twist on several of the classic British desserts”
