We have a fabulous new Postnatal Exercise class available to the members of our Health & Fitness Club. This class is suitable for mums with babies (3 months post birth) and toddlers.
When you’re feeling tired, being active may seem like the last thing you need.But regular activity can relax you, keep you fit and help you feel more energetic. It can also help your body recover after childbirth.
This new class, with our experienced instructor Adrijana is 9.30am – 10.15am on Friday mornings for the next 6 weeks. The class starts this Friday 6th January 2017.
