RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER
We are very excited to announce the position of Restaurant & Bar Manager here at Bedford Lodge Hotel. Our restaurant has AA two rosettes, and has been awarded for its consistently high standard of food and service. The Restaurant & Bar have recently undergone a major refurbishment programme in January of this year. The hotel is a luxury Georgian House Hotel with 55 bedrooms, 60 cover restaurant and a busy bar, with diverse clientele
We pride ourselves on the care that we give in serving our customers, and are looking for a Manager to complement our restaurant team, as well as drive our restaurant and bar business forward. You will be a strong leader and be passionate about food and drink. You must have superb customer care skills, very good communication skills along with a passion for training your team. You will have excellent standards of personal grooming as well as being a team player. We are a small team and you will play a major part in contributing to the overall success of our hotel.
