Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is also known as ‘The Diamond Queen’ and to commemorate this momentous occasion, we are offering the very ‘Best of British’ including a cocktail of Earl Grey (the Queens preferred tea) Dubonnet, Beefeater Gin and bitters.

Like Mother, like daughter, it is said that Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, loves taking a Dubonnet and Gin before lunch every day.  Allegedly, her taste for Dubonnet and gin cocktails came from her Mother, the late Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.  The Queen Mother once pronounced before a trip, "I think that I will take two small bottles of Dubonnet and gin with me this morning, in case it is needed."

'Afternoon Tea' has become a British Institution, dating back to the early 19th Century.  Whether you're feeling indulgent or there are calls for celebration, then 'Afternoon Tea' with a glass of champagne will make it all the more special.  You'll delight in our traditional choice of finger sandwiches and buttermilk scones, served with delicious jam and clotted cream including a selection of splendidly prepared cakes and pastries.

Tea can be served in The Roxana Bar or on our beautiful terrace, overlooking our manicured lawns and rose gardens.

Prices as follows: 1 glass of Deutz Champagne at £22.00 per person or if you prefer, 1 glass of Deutz Rose Champagne at £27.00 per person.
