The Edge health and fitness club at Bedford Lodge Hotel boasts some of Newmarket’s finest leisure and fitness facilities.
Our superb state-of-the-art gym and exercise studio have all the latest equipment and after a workout, why not take a swim in our sparkling 15 meter indoor heated pool or unwind around the pool reading your book on the sun loungers, or take time out to relax in our spa bath, sauna and steam rooms, which are all poolside. We also do not allow children after 6 p.m.
Always on hand to give advice, help and encouragement, are our highly qualified fitness consultants, and to give you that extra motivational boost we also offer personal training and one-to-one private swimming lessons.
A wide variety of gym memberships tailored to meet your needs is available including peak and off peak, individual, couple and corporate membership packages.
Before starting, all our new members are carefully assessed and presented with a fitness programme based on the latest advice from the American College of Sports Medicine. Our consultants will show you how to monitor your own personal performance and will reassess you every 42 days.
Our gym equipment has individual TV monitors for your entertainment and enjoyment.
The Edge is not only a gym but a good meeting and social place to come; we hold many different social events throughout the year, for our members.
