The Edge health and fitness club at Bedford Lodge Hotel boasts some of Newmarket’s finest leisure and fitness facilities.
Our superb state-of-the-art gym has the latest equipment. After a workout, why not take a swim in our sparkling 15 meter indoor heated pool or unwind with a book on a sun lounger, or maybe take time out to relax in our spa bath, sauna and steam rooms, which are all poolside. Always on hand to give advice, help and encouragement are our highly qualified fitness consultants. Please note we do not allow children after 6pm.
A wide variety of gym memberships tailored to meet your needs is available including peak and off peak, individual, couples and corporate membership packages.
Before starting, all our new members are carefully assessed and presented with a fitness programme based on the individuals needs. Our consultants will show you how to monitor your own personal performance and will reassess you every 42 days.
Our gym equipment has individual TV monitors for your entertainment and enjoyment.
The Edge is not only a gym but a good meeting and social place to come; we hold many different social events throughout the year for our members.
At The Edge we pride ourselves on keeping the membership levels at a comfortable rate so it’s not over crowed, so that you should never have to wait too long to get onto our gym equipment.
